She is up against the wall for this shot. The beauty dish center is about 1ft above her eyes and point down at a 45 degree angle... slightly off to her left side.

The camera is about 8 feet away set to F/16 to get everything in focus.

Light source is a Ranger RX/AS with the "S" head. Pack was set to 1/2 power... maybe a little more.

Studio wall to her right was providing additional fill to her right side.
