Saberstrip

For this portrait, I suspended a beauty dish overhead which can be seen in the frame (made to look like an overhead lamp), that is providing the key light. The other strobe in the room is being bounced off of a reflector to provide some fill on the subject and tame the harsh shadows underneath cast by the overhead light. The third strobe is outside on my back patio being shot through a window that I was standing in front of to get the appearance of a male figure in the doorway. This strobe was gridded and relatively far from me to create a more defined shadow.
