A composite od two pictures with the photo of the bulb being a combination of another two frames - the bulb and the screw.
The upper part of the diagram desribes the setup of the bulb shot, another presents how the portait was taken.
It only might be confusing to figure out from which angle each of these setups are showed, so let me explain: the first one is seen from above, and the second from my right profile side, to make the setup more legible.
Almost forgot - it's a self portrait ;)

The idea is not new - but the interpretation lighting-wise and the final outcome are both very good ;)

I love the whole idea! I just found it confusing to figure out how your face is being lit up mainly cox the shadows on your face don't look like the light is coming in from your left..
please explain :)

But I deliberately wrote that the lower setup shows the scene from my right profile side, not from the camera's view (even the sitting stickmanseems to indicate that). I think I should have added an icon of a camera to the diagram so it would be easier to understand.
