Five forks on a transparent glass pane with a sheet of copypaper sticked to it with an adhesive tape. I chose to stick it from below instead of just putting it on the glass so that I did not lose the reflections which are crucial here. The only purpose of the paper then, was to make the light as even and smooth as possible.
You might be wondering why there are green and red gells on the flashes. The aim of that solution is to make the post processing easier - from the very beginning I'd intended to make the picture black and white and two contrasting colors really helped me to keep up the control of the tonality.
