Additional Notes

Taking this picture was a proper nightmare shoot. Murphy's law hit hard when the slave cells started malfunctioning and as I was on location I had to use MacGyver style tactics. It was accompanied by a digital for technical assurance (and piece of mind.)

This shot was made from two direct speedlights at 1/16 and with a direct front facing diffused speedlight attached to the mamiya not on a tripod (no room for an extra tripod in my bag - builds muscle anyway.) The shot had to be fast and sharp so the lights had to be high and close (less than a meter.) Overall I feel it's slightly underexposed but I'm happy that i've not lost detail in the highlights.
