Additional Notes

Two rimlights, camera left & right respectively. AB800's on full power with standard 7" reflectors and spot grid inserts.

Front fill comes from an SB-80DX mounted in front of and slightly above the cyclist. Speedlight is snooted with a granola box and aimed at the rider's eyes to make a baby strip light. Power was in the vicinity of 1/16.

Final SB-80DX camera right by the main rim light pointed at the front of the foreground to kill the double shadows from the cross lighting.

Camera: Nikon D3x | Nikkor 24-70 f/2.8 | Pocket Wizard triggers.
