@Jhim - Not much was done in post ....
I opened the file in Lightroom:
White Balanced the picture w/ gray from hat band
Desaturated
Bumped up contrast
Used the clarity slider a bit
I messed w/ the hue sliders, but I wasn't getting the color I wanted.
opened in Photoshop:
added a brown color layer w/blending mode set to hue and dropped the opacity down to around 50%
then I added a gray color layer, and again set the blending to hue and dropped that to around 15%
The skin tone then looked more or less how I wanted it, so I was happy =]
So yeah there it is, I hope it makes sense because I'm awful at explaining things ... lol
@Hugo - Yeah I used a 10° Grid
