This BW is fine. I don't understand reason for using red gel on color version. Maybe any reason for playing with red canal through editing in Photoshop?

Hi Petr,
not sure what you mean :) I used one flash with red gel so that the light is reflected on her but does not flood her. I prefer making effects by light when shooting rather than photoshopping. I only did some retouching for her skin and hair then.

I wanted to shoot a series of literary inspired portraits.
My setup for "Jane Eyre in Red Room" was YN-540 with shoot-through umbrella and YN-467 with a red gel and a reflective umbrella. The shot is taken with a custom-made graffiti backdrop.
It was taken in the dark so I gave the model a little flashlight in a softbox, which she was holding in front of her in order to shed some light in her eyes so that I could focus.
