I took this picture during a wedding service, when the guests went crazy for the disco dance. I used two Nikon flashes (an SB-800 on my camera and an SB-600 on a stative). The wall in the background had some tungsten fixed lights; I realized that I could have used them to create something of interest if I had set a long time exposure with the flashes set on the rear curtain. During the exposure I have rotated my camera in order to paint the circles with the tungsten lights, while the boost of the flash at the end of the exposure provided the action freezing. The second flash was used to give a directional light and create in this way a more tridimensional appearance to the picture.
