DSLR D700 on a tripod at 1/40s - f/8 - ISO 200 - 55mm triggered via manual remote control.
Flash Nikon SB 700 on a light tripod and placed over the glass and fired via Cactus V5 wireless system (1 on the D700 and 1 on the SB700) at 1/128 power in manual main mode and centered mode.
The diptych was done obviously after the shooting ;-)
