Very nice.
Was the gym dark or did it have good natural light?
I do weddings and want to achieve this kind of light with no more than 2 strobes, but in dark rooms it is very hard.

Carla .... There was some natural light thru windows from the left side ....but that speedlight in the back made a real difference.

Awsome shot!
Do you have the image somewhere i larger format for viewing?

Also, how high up did you place the shot thru umbrella from the floor? And did you go TTL or manual?

Lots of questions I know, but I wanna learn :)

Oliver ... here is the album from that day on my FB profile http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.3769740355152.2145307.1026009297&type=3

SB900 in this case was just above here eye level ..... I didn`t wanted to light the floor too much but at the same I knew that the floor will reflect some light and there will be no dark shadows on her neck and chest ...

Additional Notes

Very simple light setup this time ... I wanted to creat "healthy" look, no drama ..pure and clean. One SB900 thru white umbrella front and all the way back one SB800 , bare, pointing up to lighten up the gym.
