How much PhotoShop was used to remove the surrounding and increase contrast?

The background was totally blown out, so no Photoshop was needed there. The rest of the floor looked like the area under her feet. Originally I was going to get rid of all the wrinkled area, but I liked the way it looked under her feet so I left it. There are two curves adjustments, one to drop the shadows and midtones of the subject (not much was needed, she was already really close to a full on silhouette) and another curves layer to bump the highlights on the background and make sure it was white.
