Picture was taken sitting on a bed, white wall from behind, beauty dish like 80 degrees from the model to create the golden triangle and a mysterious look.. and to soften, exposed flash directed to the reflector from behind. that created the edge light on the chickbones.
of course there is sharpening and post editing here.
