Great shot .. lighting is spot on. I should do more in-depth descriptions like you do and I really should use a reflector more ^^^ this is why.

Really nice shot!! The set up is so simple. Is the softbox position like near the subjects lower back?

You are right! The softbox is near to the subject in lower back position. The wall is also close to the subject (I think about 50 cm)
